I know this is super late and you probably won't reply but I think I...broke it? I want to beat the game because this is the farthest I've gotten but..yeah I did something and I'm unsure how to fix it.
I went to the wardrobe and bloodied up the clothes, then I got the thing from the music box. Then I figured I'd double check everything so I reopened the wardrobe and it glitched out the whole game? I have a screen recording if needed to show kind of what happened [I can't seem to upload it] and the character png won't turn around.
Sorry it's a bit late. kept holding off on playing RD because I chickened out LOL
I've been unable to recreate it [at least not while screen recording?] but here's what happens when it does happen
additionally, I do know that you have to enter the armoire twice for this to trigger. the second time it'll kind of push the character into the actual png and all you to move out of bounds and through things-- I can't press ESC either but I'm unsure if it's because I was in the final stretch of the game?
Additionally, I'm unsure if this was intentional, but I noticed that after you trigger Earnest's coming back in via the wardrobe, you can get the window open BUT you can't get the bedsheet for the ending? Unsure if that was intentional or not...
OHHHHHH SUCH A FUN LITTLE ESCAPE ROOM GAME TO PLAY my brain go brrrrrr especially when I discover we need to put stuff back~ Reallyyyy giving the anx to the iety~ Splendid!
I greatly enjoyed the story, although I felt terrible for the main character. His fiancé is a terrible man 😣
The puzzles were well done and decently challenging, too! Although it took far longer to solve everything for the final ending than I'd like to admit 😅
You did a good job on Red Dove! I'll have to check out your other game at some point, too

HOLY COW that looks wild! Is this a glitch you can recreate? I’d love to see that screen recording so I can figure out what exactly’s going crazy.
I've recreated it a couple times by mistake, it has something to do with the wardrobe..
